This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the services offered by Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all its terms.

Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. We encourage you to review this document periodically for any updates or changes.

Our website is not designed for children under 14 years of age. No one under age 14 may provide any personal information to or on the website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you are under 14, do not use this website or its services.

Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C. courses are offered live via Zoom on specific dates and times. Sessions may be delivered through communications technologies including, but not limited to, Zoom where recording may be enabled by instructors or hosts. You agree that Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C., and any third-party technology vendor used to deliver the instruction, has consent to record any participation you choose to engage in during the sessions (such as chats, texts, conversations, and shared screen time initiated by you).

It is prohibited for attendees, students, or participants to record video, audio, or by any other means share, reproduce, distribute, or transmit in any form or by any means content from Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C. It is also prohibited to take pictures of the lecture without the approval of the instructor or Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C.

For security and quality control purposes, students' names on Zoom should be the same name they used to sign up for the class. Students whose names on Zoom do not reflect the names used to register for the class may be left in the waiting room and/or removed from the class until the name is updated. Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C. is not responsible for missed class time caused by this.

Students are responsible for taking their own notes during lectures. Note-taking is a crucial skill that aids in both retention and comprehension of material. Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C. does not provide pre-written lecture notes.

Upon purchasing a package, you are granted access to attend the live review classes included in that specific package. Access to the course is limited to the scheduled dates and times of the live review sessions included in your selected package.

Each class included in your package is designed for a single attendance session. Once you have attended a class as part of your package, you cannot attend the same class again under the same enrollment. To retake the class, you must sign up again and pay the applicable fees.

All fees paid for Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C., including any associated Q-bank access, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be changed or forwarded to a different date. Refunds will not be made if a student decides to cancel a class or package or cancel their purchase of the Q-bank.

Students can self-reschedule the Last-Minute Review (LMR) class if done not less than 48 hours prior to the class time. Anything less than 48 hours may require paying additional fees to attend the review at a later date and time. The class may be rescheduled no more than seven times.

If a class is cancelled or rescheduled, all registered clients will be notified promptly before the scheduled class date by email or phone using the contact information on file. Registrants may enroll in the next available offering or cancel the registration with a 100% refund of class fees. Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C. is not responsible for additional costs such as travel or lodging.

Each class in your package is designed for one-time attendance. If you wish to retake a live class, you will need to re-enroll and pay the associated fee.

While Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C. strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information to assist in preparing for certification examinations, we cannot guarantee that utilizing our materials will ensure success on the exam. The responsibility for learning the required material and passing the exam rests with the individual user.

Course content is intended solely for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C. holds the copyright to the material created in the review classes, including course content, lecture notes, presentations, tests, exams, outlines, and videos. Distributing, reproducing, copying, or transmitting any content or documents, whether electronic or physical, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer.

When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C. disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or services.

Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C. complies with applicable sanctions and export control laws. You agree not to use our services in any way that would violate these laws or regulations.

If you have any concern or dispute about the service provided by Edwards' RN Review Courses, L.L.C., you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law.
